These services cover PD-Display installation and troubleshooting. For help with standalone PD-1 setup, contact the team.
Where is my appointment?
Choose a partner location for in-shop installation. For onsite installation or troubleshooting, enter your service address. Your booking confirmation shows the final location.
How is onsite installation paid?
Onsite installation is S$30, payable in person. No payment is taken when you book.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Contact PD-1 with your booking reference to request a change or cancellation.
